2025 Mail Drops

Mail can be sent to students at the following addresses before the listed dates.

Packages and letters that arrive after the listed date are a significant inconvenience and may not be delivered to students until January.

Some of our hosts have graciously offered to accept mail that you can pick up when we arrive. If you need to receive mail in the field, please have packages/letter sent to one of the following addresses. Also, please add “Semester in the West” with your name to avoid confusion for the host.

Our first Mail Drop is the Whitman College post office. Students will also have the opportunity to independently retrieve mail from whatever address works best for them. Please communicate with your student about the best address for our first Mail Drop.
